In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Mainstreet Shoes will refund, repair or exchange any items that are deemed faulty.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

If you ordered the wrong size we will offer you an exchange, within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be given. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.




Our store does not refund, exchange or give an in-store credit for return of sale items.

If a product is faulty, normal Australian Consumer Law Guarantees will apply.
